How To Meditate

  1. Sit upright and straighten the spine to resemble a straight lightning rod. Concentrate the vision between the eyebrows with eyes half open or closed whatever is most comfortable. (Do not frown while doing this; keep the facial expression.
  2. Begin the meditation by entering a quiet peaceful state of mind. Close the door, switch off any electrical appliances or phones which intrude into your awareness .Clear your mind of unwanted thoughts. Relax and breathe deeply.
  3. State verbally, and mentally visualize your intention to connect to the archangels and higher forces of the universe. While doing this, visualize yourself being surrounded by a limitless sphere of bright white light.
  4. After a few moments your mind should be in the ideal state to meditate on The Miraculous Kabbalah Prayer. Bring your hands together and begin to scan the attached Hebrew letters from right to left.
  5. Spend 20 minutes or more scanning those Hebrew letters.
  6. When the meditation is complete remain in a peaceful and quiet state of mind and continue the meditation aspect of the prayer by visualizing and seeing yourself having and achieving whatsoever good thing you want.
    Use this Key to destroy and neutralize every attack against your progress and regain your lost self.
